My career actually started far from real estate — I spent several years at Boeing in Charleston, South Carolina. It was a great job in a beautiful city, but when my wife, Rebecca, and I had the chance to move back home to Fort Myers to be closer to family, we took it.

In 2012, I traded aviation for real estate and joined Rebecca as a licensed Florida REALTOR®, co-founding The Florida Heritage Team at Premiere Plus Realty. Over a decade later, we've helped countless customers find (or sell) their place here, and we still work every transaction as a true husband-and-wife team — no hand-off to an assistant, no dropped threads. You get us, directly, from start to close.

That consistency is also why we've built strong relationships with the vendors, attorneys, title reps, and inspectors who make a deal actually happen smoothly. Real estate negotiations can get emotional fast, and I'd like to think my easy-going nature helps keep things calm — whether we're working through inspection surprises, insurance questions, permitting issues, or just a tight deadline. My job is to get you to the closing table with as little stress as possible.
