They've helped buyers and sellers navigate their moves in Southwest Florida since 2007. They've represented buyers and sellers on properties ranging from intimate canal cottages to double-lift boating dreams and peaceful river retreats — from first-time waterfront buyers to seasoned portfolio investors.
Their real passion of the water runs in the family. Rebecca's brother is a local charter captain, Brad's family has fished these waterways down to the Everglades for 50 years, and Rebecca's family owned a sailboat charter in the Florida Keys for many years.
What this means for you is that every showing, every negotiation, and every closing comes backed by knowledge most agents can't buy — because it only comes from the experience on the water itself.

Meet Brad
My career actually started far from real estate — I spent several years at Boeing in Charleston, South Carolina. It was a great job in a beautiful city, but when my wife, Rebecca, and I had the chance to move back home to Fort Myers to be closer to family, we took it.
In 2012, I traded aviation for real estate and joined Rebecca as a licensed Florida REALTOR®, co-founding The Florida Heritage Team at Premiere Plus Realty. Over a decade later, we've helped countless customers find (or sell) their place here, and we still work every transaction as a true husband-and-wife team — no hand-off to an assistant, no dropped threads. You get us, directly, from start to close.
That consistency is also why we've built strong relationships with the vendors, attorneys, title reps, and inspectors who make a deal actually happen smoothly. Real estate negotiations can get emotional fast, and I'd like to think my easy-going nature helps keep things calm — whether we're working through inspection surprises, insurance questions, permitting issues, or just a tight deadline. My job is to get you to the closing table with as little stress as possible.
Almost all of our business comes from referrals and repeat clients, and that trust means everything to Rebecca and me. We'd love the chance to earn it with you, too.
Meet Rebecca
I moved from Cologne, Germany to Florida in 2003, and that experience is exactly why I love what I do now.
My husband, Brad, and I run The Florida Heritage Team at Premiere Plus Realty, Co. We specialize in boating and waterfront homes across Southwest Florida. Between our love of local waterways and Brad's time working in Boeing aviation in Charleston, SC (where I'm also licensed), we've gotten pretty good at helping people find their own slice of paradise — whether they're moving from three states away or just down the road.
I've been a licensed Florida agent since 2007, and I'm proud of the trust we've built along the way — including winning numerous Golden B.E.A.R. Sales Excellence Awards, an honor from our local association for top sales production. But the number I care about more is repeat clients: most of our business comes from people who've worked with us once and then sent us their friends, family, and neighbors.
Buying or selling waterfront property here is detailed work, and I bring a mix I like to think of as Southern ease with German precision — I'll keep things relaxed, but nothing falls through the cracks. That combination matters most for out-of-town buyers who need someone local they can trust to communicate clearly and represent them well from a distance.
I'm a Florida Gulf Coast University grad (marketing, with a minor in management), and honestly, there's nothing I love more than helping another transplant find their place here — because I remember exactly what that search felt like.
