Non-Gated Communities

If you are looking for larger lot sizes and more privacy, then a non-gated community might be the right choice for you. Non-Gated communities typically don't have a Homeowners Association, so there won't usually be any monthly dues for residents. However, 99% of non-gated communities will not offer any club-style amenities like community pools, etc. It's important to note that even some non-gated communities do not allow the storage of boats, trailers, RVs, or commercial vehicles on your property.
